Penza, 2 March 2019. PenzaNews. A 34-year-old resident of Penza transferred 123,000 roubles to the account of another person fearing for safety of savings.

"An unknown person called the woman and introduces himself as an employee of the bank. He said that a suspicion operation involving her card was being carried out and she had to expect a call from the security service. After that, another person called using another number and asked to transfer money for its safety to a reserve account. Following the instructions, the woman transferred the savings," the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told PenzaNews.

The department specified that inspection on the fact of theft was being carried out and the police was taking measures to establish the persons involved in the commission of the crime.
