Penza, 11 May 2019. PenzaNews. Police officers disclosed a theft of 115,000 roubles from a car service in Penza. A stranger penetrated into it at night by opening a plastic window from the outside.

As the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told PenzaNews, the police established that a 21-year-old resident of the Luninsky area, who had been found criminally liable before, was involved in the crime.

"The criminal was detained. He confessed to the crime," the department explained.

The press service explained that a criminal case under Part 2, Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Theft" had been opened on the fact.
