Ex-minister Stryuchkov accused of rape to stay under house arrest until July 22

Penza, 27 May 2019. PenzaNews. Former minister of health of the Penza region Vladimir Stryuchkov, who is accused of rape and violent actions of a sexual nature, will stay under house arrest until July 22 inclusive. This was reported by spokesman of the Pervomaisky district court Sergei Maslov.

He said that the ex-official would serve house arrest at his place of residence in Penza.
"It is prohibited for him to communicate with persons who are participants in the criminal case. In addition, it is not allowed to send and receive correspondence, use the means of communication and the Internet," the interlocutor of the agency said.
Sergei Maslov added that Vladimir Stryuchkov was allowed to interact with defenders, representatives of the investigation, the prosecutor's office and the court.
