Resident of Penza region suspected of stealing over 340,000 roubles from her mother

Penza, 28 May 2019. PenzaNews. A 60-year-old woman is suspected of stealing 341,000 roubles from a credit card of her 80-year-old mother living in the village of Malaya Serdoba of the Penza region. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

The department said that the crime had been committed in the period from September 2018 to March 2019 – it was when the card and an envelope with the PIN-code went missing.

"The suspect confessed to the crime. She explained that she had spent the money for personal needs," the police said.
