Penza, 7 July 2019. PenzaNews. Workers of the State Traffic Inspectorate stopped a Hyundai Accent under control of a drunken woman born in 1987, in the Kamensky area of the Penza region. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

"The local resident operated the car in a state of intoxication, even though she had been subjected to administrative punishment for a similar offense," the inspectorate explained.

The department added that a criminal case had been opened on the fact.
