Penza, 8 December 2019. PenzaNews. The police started investigation on the fact of fraud, the victim of which was a 52-year-old resident of Penza, who had tried to buy a dog online.

"According to the woman, she found an advertisement about the sale of a spitz dog on the website youla.ru and in the course of correspondence agreed to buy the animal, provided that the money should be transferred to a bank account. Following the terms of the seller, the resident of Penza listed RUB 4.800, but the owner of the ad stopped communication," the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Penza region told PenzaNews.

The department added that at that moment police officers were taking measures to identify persons involved in the crime.
