Penza, 10 December 2019. PenzaNews. The FSB department for Penza region stopped the activities of four Penza residents suspected of setting up a laboratory for the production of synthetic drugs on a particularly large scale, with a view to their further sale in different regions of the country.
"As a result of operational-search and investigative measures on the territory of one of the cottages belonging to the criminals, more than 10 kg of mephedrone, three chemical reactors for drug production and more than 1,000 litres of various reagents and mixtures were found and seized," the press service of the Russian Federal Security Service for Penza region told PenzaNews.
