Penza, 28 January 2020. PenzaNews. A 47-year-old man suspected of damaging 25 cars in a yard in Prospekt Stroiteley Street in Penza was detained by extra-departmental security officers. This was reported by the press service of the regional administration of Rosgvardia.

"Law enforcement agencies received information that a man was piercing wheels of parked cars in a yard in Prospekt Stroiteley Street. The closest crew of a detention group of extra-departmental security of Rosgvardia was immediately sent to the specified address," the office explained.

The department added that witnesses on the spot had pointed to a drunken citizen with a knife-like object in his hands.

"For further proceedings, the detainee was handed over to police officers," the press service said.
