MIA: In Penza region there is an increase in the number of illegal acts in everyday life

Penza, 6 April 2020. PenzaNews. The number of illegal acts in everyday life increased in Penza region in the first three weeks of the high-alert mode introduced in the region on March 16 due to the threat of the spread of novel coronavirus infection COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019). This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

"In three weeks, 38 such facts were registered, including three murders and 11 cases of deliberate infliction of serious harm to health, three of which resulted in the death of citizens," the agency specified.

The press service noted that in most cases there were conflicts because of consuming alcohol.
