Penza, 6 September 2020. PenzaNews. Police solved the theft of a vector frequency converter, 25 metres of copper cable and a metal cabinet from an unprotected water pumping station in the village of Evlashevo, Kuznetsky area, Penza region. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

“Criminal investigation officers established that a 43-year-old resident of the village of Evlashevo was involved in the crime. He confessed to what he had done,” the department explained.

The press service added that criminal proceedings had been initiated for the theft of property belonging to the Evlashevo village council administration.
