Penza, 11 November 2020. PenzaNews. A resident of the village of Kobylkino, born in 1976, is suspected of illegal tree felling in Kamensky area of Penza region. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

“The police found that the man had illegally cut down eight damp oaks in the forest district without a permit. The amount of damage caused was about 650 000 roubles,” the police said.

The department specified that the man had been found criminally liable before.
