Number of crimes related to drug trafficking increases in Penza region

Penza, 28 November 2020. PenzaNews. 1 788 crimes related to illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic and potent substances were registered in Penza region in January-October 2020, which is 2.9% more than in the same period in 2019. This is evidenced by data from the regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the supervisory authority, in total 63 kg 152 grams of drugs were seized at the time of initiation of criminal cases for the specified period.

This is 35.4% more than in the first 10 months of last year.
