Penza, 28 June 2021. PenzaNews. A resident of Narovchat village born in 2001 is suspected of stealing a steam generator from an apartment in Penza, which he rented for one night. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

It follows from the report that the man sold the stolen property to a pawnshop.

“The perpetrator gave a confession and said that he had spent the proceeds on personal needs,” the press release noted.

It adds that a criminal case was opened over the theft.

“The young man was previously prosecuted for criminal offenses,” the text specifies.
