Penza, 10 July 2021. PenzaNews. A Penza resident born in 2001 became a victim of fraud when buying tickets to Tanzania over the Internet. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

“He said he had booked flights from Moscow to Tanzania on one of the websites. The young man then clicked on a link where he entered his bank card details and made a payment totalling over 272 000 roubles. However, he never received the flight tickets,” the press release said.

It adds that a criminal case was initiated on this fact under Part 3, Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fraud”.
