According to the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Penza region, in the course of a telephone conversation, the woman agreed on the deal and transferred 61,000 roubles to the bank account of an unknown person, but did not receive the materials.

According to the press-release, the scammer ceased to contact after money transfer.

“A criminal case under Part 2, Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was initiated on the fact,” the text says.
