International festival of arts "Penza Arts International" will be held in Penza

Penza, 4 August 2011. PenzaNews. The international festival of arts "Penza Arts International" will be held in the Penza regional art gallery named after K.A. Savitsky from August, 5th till August, 31st. Masters from different countries will take part in it. There will be Spaniard Anhel Orenzants, Englishman Michael Baknell (Tolstoy-Miloslavsky) and Russians Sergey Luzgin and Victor Moskalets.

According to the chairman the cultural-educational organization "Burtasskaya Zemlya" Vladimir Luzgin, art installations and exhibitions of photos, picturesque pictures and compositions from metal will be presented during the festival.

Vladimir Luzgin said: "This festival is held as a part of the big long-term program, but this year its format is changed — the accent is made on carrying out the exhibitions".

According to Vladimir Luzgin, the exhibition of graphic works of Angel Orensanz and photos of its installation worldwide, organized as a part of government program of cultural cooperation of Russia and Spain with active participation of embassy of Spain in Russia becomes one of important elements of the project.

Vladimir Luzgin said: "Besides, the debut photo-exhibition of the native of the Penza region Sergey Luzgina from a series "New York — Penza" will be also held. He visited New York and tried to show an everyday life of a large American city through the eyes of the person from Russian province".
