Penza, 9 August 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev was a part of organizing committee of preparation for celebrating M.U. Lermontov's 200th anniversary, it is entrusted to it to develop and confirm for 6 months the plan of preparation and carrying out of anniversary.

According to the press-service of the regional government, the organizing committee included also the deputy minister of culture Andrey Busygin, the governor of Stavropol Territory Valery Gaevsky, the Head of the Duma committee of culture Grigory Ivliev and the director of "Mosfilm" Karen Shakhnazarov.
