Penza, 31 August 2011. PenzaNews. The project of a new building of the Theater of Young Spectator, developed by the Kazan architectural company "UK" Forward" was discussed at the town-planning council session in Penza on Wednesday, August, 31st.

The main architect of Penza Dmitry Polishko said: "It is planned that the Theatre of Young Spectator will be constructed on crossing of the streets of Suvorova and Octjabrskaya. There will be a parking lot for 66 places, garage and a turning circle for cars. New building will have two audience halls for 420 and 250 seats, and a hall for rehearsals".

He noticed that the main requirement to the project was to save the park.

The head of company "UK "Forward" Andrey Gavrilov said: "The square of the theater was designed functionally that gives the chance to make several performances at the same time. Building of the Theater of Young Spectator is compact enough, therefore each square meter is used effectively in the project".
