Penza, 3 October 2011. PenzaNews. Eight photographers from Penza take part in a noncommercial project "Best photos of Russia", which is held by Moscow center of the modern art "Winzavod".

According to the head of the project Lina Krasnjansky, any citizen of Russia who are fond of photography can take part in the project but the pictures should be taken from September 2010 till October, 2011.

She said: "The applications should be given till October, 15th, till the end of the year the jury will choose 365 best photos of the project. For February — March, 2012 the edition of the annual photo album and the exhibition will be organized in the center of the modern art "Winzavod".
