Penza, 20 October 2011. PenzaNews. The art director, the main conductor of the Penza governor symphonic chapel, the honored artist of the Russian Federation Vladimir Kashirsky is awarded by a medal of Ioann Olenevsky of the 2nd degree.

The bishop Penza and Kuznetsk Veniamin awarded him and congratulated Vladimir Kashirsky on his 70th anniversary birthday which was celebrated on October, 19th.
