Penza actors got acquainted with the play written less than year ago, during the first district festival “Theatrical Volga region” where the text was sounded during the creative laboratory of modern dramatic art, which was led by Michael Ugarov.

The art director of the theater Sergey Kazakov said: “I paid attention to two plays — “Saltychiha” and “Improbable adventures of Julya and Natasha”. Last, in our opinion, won't cause the big shock. Yes, it is rigid, but a new drama should be presented in the repertoire of modern theater. It is necessary to give it little by little. We will try and I think it will gain popularity among spectators”.

According to Sergey Kazakov, the stage manager of this play is Valery Beljakovicha's pupil, the actor of the Penza theater Vladimir Karpov.

Vladimir Karpov said: “The main theme of the performance is the problems of modern youth — the absence of attention and loneliness. When the person realizes that he is necessary for nobody, strange, improbable adventures happen with him”.

The stage manager said that it is his second independent stage direction at the Penza theater.

Vladimir Karpov said: “It is interesting and responsible to do something new. Modern drama is risky, but it should be in the repertoire of any theater”.

As he said, there is slang and some taboo swear word in the play.

He said: “Girls use foul language, when are in an extreme emotional condition. Unfortunately, it is necessary to recognize that swear word became a part of our speech even among intelligent people”.

The debutants of this season Elena Pustovalova, Anna Galtseva, Grigory Masur, Olga Beljakova, Lydia Stakhanov, Albert Ibraev, Vladislav Matjukin, Sergey Drozhzhilov, Ruslanbek Dzhurabekov and Alexander Steshin will play the leading roles in the play.

The play isn't recommended for persons under 16 age. All performances will be presented on a small stage of the theater at 21 o’clock Moscow time.
