Penza, 20 December 2011. PenzaNews. The third edition of the book written by the director of state Lermontov memorial estate “Tarkhany” Tamara Melnikova “There is obscure and holy charm in them …” was published in the beginning of December in Moscow printing house “Novosty”. The book tells about the memorial things stored in the museum connected with life and creativity of Michael Lermontov.

The source of the memorial estate said: “The new edition was enriched with stories about new relics, the book cover was improved, it was illustrated by Vyacheslav Ivaschenko’s photos. 5000 copies of new book were released”.

Besides, thanks to the sponsor LLC “Penztazhpromarmatura” the museum “Tarkhany” released the new edition of the novel “Hero of our time” where the illustrations of well-known Soviet artists were used.
