Penza, 28 December 2011. PenzaNews. Alexey Lapin who won 11th Olonets games ofered Vasily Bochkarev to construct Father Frost tower in Penza. Alexey Lapin said during the meeting of the governor of the Penza region with art workers, teachers and scientists on Wednesday, December, 28th: “I have arrived recently from Kareliya where I took part in all actions instead of the main Father Frost who couldn’t arrive from Velikiy Ustyug. It would be desirable that we have a Father Frost tower in the Penza region”.
