Penza, 31 January 2012. PenzaNews. The second All-Russia scientific conference “P.A. Stolypin: formation and reforming of the Russian Statehood” devoted to the 150th anniversary of birthday of well-known Russian politician will be held in Penza on April, 5-6.

“Scientists, representatives of political parties and public organizations, political and statesmen of Russia and the Penza region, museum workers, regional specialists, teachers and students engaged in scientific researches are invited,” the press-service of culture and archive of the Penza region said.

At conference work in several directions, among which “P.A. Stolypin Activity as Reformer and Statesman,” “Problems of Reforming of Government in Russia: History and Present,” “Legislative and Executive Power Interaction in Russian History,” “Historical Traditions of Reforms in Russia” and “Reflection of Activity of P.A. Stolypin in Museum Expositions.”

“Following the results of the conference it is planned to publish the collection of materials. The best pupils will get diplomas,” the press-service said.
