Penza, 2 April 2012. PenzaNews. All-Russia youth festival of educational film "KinnoFest" started in the new building of Penza Regional Library named after M.U.Lermontov on Monday, April 2.

10 teams of authors of short educational video films from different regions of Russia take part in it.

According to famous director, writer, continuity writer, producer, chairman of jury of KinnoFest festival Vladimir Alenikov, videos created by children surprised him.

“Authors of many video films are younger than 12 and the founder of clip “Curious Chicken” is only 8 years old. Nevertheless, their works are surprisingly reasonable and unique,” said Vladimir Alenikov.
