Penza, 3 April 2012. PenzaNews. Recital of the honored worker of culture of Russia, the art director of national choreographic group “Kabluchok” Svetlana Muranova took place at Penza Regional Drama Theater named after A.V. Lunacharsky on Monday, April 2. The best performances of the dancing group for 25 years and also premieres were presented during the concert. Besides, dancing groups from other regions of the country took part in the concert.

Governor's ensemble of soloists “Stargorod” was one of the invited guests.

According to the art director of ensemble Mikhail Kokorin, “Stargorod” and “Kabluchok” have long creative relations.

“I will clue, perhaps, more than 50 % of numbers, which you saw today at the stage have sound our ensemble’s accompaniment,” he said and reminded that a few years ago “Stargorod” soloists and “Kabluchok” had a concert tour together.

The national choreographic group “Kabluchok” was organized in Penza in 1975 in Ternovsky Regional Recreation Center. In 1977 it got rank “national”. Svetlana Muranova has been the art director of the group for last 25 years.

About 30 thousand people were participants of the group during its history. 300 people go in for folk dance in “Kabluchok” now.

The dancing group is a repeated winner of All-Russia and international festivals and competitions.
