The business meeting was attended by the Head of the Department of culture and archive of the Penza region Evgeny Shilov, the Director of the Penza regional Philharmonic Alexey Lvov-Belov, and the representatives of the contractor.

According to Armin Hutter, the company “Hutter Acustix GmbH” has been engaged in manufacturing and installation of acoustic systems for 21 years and has implemented 180 projects in various halls of Europe.

“We have not had experience working in Russia, and we came to the Penza region at the invitation of Alexey Lvov-Belov. Today we have already visited the construction site of the Philharmonic. We noted that this is going to be a multi-purpose hall, and the sound should be clear, fully fledged and skillful, so that all the seats were equal and none of them turned out to get better or worse sound,” pointed out Armin Hutter.

He stated that the Austrian company guaranteed the selective direction of sound waves by means of exact calculations.

“We have developed a unique system that is different from the standard, and operates on the principle of selective sound wave control – the construction of the ceiling and walls reflects them towards the listener with the precision up to millimeter,” clarified the foreign guest.

Russian representatives expressed interest in the presentation and noted the need for a more detailed study of the options offered by the Austrians, as well as the cost of the proposed project.

According to Armin Hutter, the development of a draft can be done by the end of July.
