Penza, 16 July 2012. PenzaNews. National Tatar holiday Sabantuy was held in Central Recreation Park named after V.G. Belinsky in Penza on Saturday, July 14. Governor Vasily Bochkarev stressed the great contribution of the Tatars in the economic and social development of the Penza region and congratulated those present.
