As the welfare fund of Tatar spiritual heritage “Siyanie” (Shine) told news agency “PenzaNews,” the overlapping of the second floor was finished, the base ring of the dome was constructed and raised, frames of the minarets’ domes were done.

“Construction of the new building of Penza mosque is carried out on donations of parishioners. Currently, patrons gathered 13,776,189 rubles,” added in the charity fund.
