“I warmly congratulate Penza residents professing Islam on Eid al-Adha – Kurban Bayram. These days the pilgrimage to the shrines of Islam is completed; it gives people faith in the spiritual rebirth of a man, strengthens hope for justice, calls for caring about your neighbor,” the message says.

“This sacred Muslim holiday approves ideas of peace triumph, awakens the desire to live honestly, to be compassionate and symbolizes good intentions, loyalty to family traditions. I wish you a great holiday, mutual understanding, kindness and love, harmony and peace,” the statement says.
