Choreographic group “Razdolye” from Kuznetsk won Grand Prix at international competition

Penza, 8 November 2012. PenzaNews. Choreographic group “Razdolye” from Kuznetsk, the Penza region won the Grand Prix at the XIV International Festival-Competition “Hungarian Games – 2012” held in Budapest.

“Due to the considerable number of members of “Razdolye” led by Alexander Klimov, the group had an opportunity to participate in almost all of the categories presented, winning high awards. Thus, Kuznetsk dancers won the first and second prizes in the category of “National Dance,” and took the third place in the modern dance category. Moreover, the diploma of the first degree was granted to the duet of Elizaveta Dmitrieva and Ilya Matyushin for the folk dance. Also solo numbers of Maria Stepanova and Lyubov Konstantinova in “Modern Dance” nomination brought them the first and second place, respectively, while Daria Sukhacheva was recognized the best performer of contemporary and classical dance,” reported the press service of Kuznetsk city administration.

The City Hall recalled that “Razdolye” also took part in an international competition in Bulgaria in 2011, however such success they have been able to achieve for the first time.
