Penza, 3 December 2012. PenzaNews. Penza authorities intend to take under special control the quality of acoustics of Philharmonic building, which is currently under construction. This was announced by the chairman of the government of the Penza region Yuri Krivov during the operational meeting of the regional government on Monday, December 3.

“Governor Vasily Bochkarev, who is currently on vacation, ordered to discuss this matter in the nearest future in order to avoid problems with the sound quality in all the concert halls of the building,” he said.

Yuri Krivov added that any modern cultural institution, especially Philharmonic, should be distinguished by good acoustics.
