Penza, 18 November 2013. PenzaNews. The fifth interregional book fair “World of Books in Penza Land” will be held on 20–24 November.

It will take place in Penza regional library named after Mikhail Lermontov.

The official representative of the cultural institution told news agency PenzaNews that the program comprises over 30 different events.

“Among them there are photo exhibitions “Unknown Solzhenitsyn,” “Tracing literary heroes of Mikhail Lermontov,” watching silent films accompanied by music and the concert-presentation “Zarechny is 55!” the agency interlocutor said.

He added that some events are for children.

“For instance, for young readers there will be a presentation of the new album of the Penza poet Viktor Agapov “Grandfather’s tales,” there will be a meeting with Alexei Shevchenko, the winner of the prize of Samuel Marshak, there will be creative workshops operating – fluffy toys, cartoon stories and many others,” the representative of the regional library said.

According to him, there will be also Days of regional history and sports books organized as part of the exhibition.
