Penza, 29 April 2014. PenzaNews. The 10th Russian cinema forum “The Tenth Muse” will take place in Penza from May 5-8.

19 youth teams from various Russian cities, including Moscow and Saint-Petersburg, intend to take part in the event.

During the forum, they will create video and photo compositions to be rated by the experts, among which are well-known film directors, professional photographers, and university professors.

The awards will be given in three nominations: “Best short film,” “Best photo report (on the cinema forum)” and “Best social video clip.”

According the Penza region government press center, other events such as worshops and round table discussions are scheduled during the forum as well.
