Penza, 5 May 2014. PenzaNews. A 53-seat bus was donated to the local Tatar national and cultural autonomy of Penza region.

This bus is one of the 10 modern transports from the funds of the Universiade which were promised by Rustam Minnikhanov, president of Tatarstan, to the most active associations on the entrepreneur gathering which took place in Kazan.

Bakir Akdjigitov, chairman of local Tatar national and cultural autonomy of Penza region already tasked the aunonomy’s executive committee with mapping out a program of favorable use of the bus.

This program must be aimed to establish close ties both within and outside the region and facilitate the development of cultural tourism and ethnographic expeditions.

The draft traveling plan is expected to be formed in two weeks.

As agency PenzaNews was told by the representative of local Tatar national and cultural autonomy of Penza region, the plan will most likely include visits of Kazan mosques by senior Tatars during Ramadan religious holiday, and a visit of The Days of Tatar Youth by a Penza delegation.
