Penza, 5 September 2014. PenzaNews. Concert of the musical band “Leningrad” will be held at the entertainment center “Izumrudny gorod” [Emerald city] in Penza on Saturday, October 4.

“It is planned that the musicians will perform both new and long time favorite songs,” one of the concert organizers told news agency “PenzaNews.”

According to him, Penza residents will remember the performance of Sergei Shnurov and his band due to quality sound and unique atmosphere.

“Tickets for the performance are available in different prices, depending on the location. For example, dance floor tickets are available for as low as 1700 rubles. Beyond that, the fans can choose separate tables for four, six and eight people, and in personal vip-zones,” the agency interlocutor noted.

The concert is scheduled at 21.00.

“Leningrad” is a musical band from St. Petersburg. They use a variety of wind instruments, including trumpets, saxophones, trombones, and a tuba.

On December 25, 2008, the band announced their breakup. August 9, 2010, when the information about new upcoming concert of “Leningrad” appeared, is considered to be the start of its revival.
