Penza, 27 October 2014. PenzaNews. The cultural institutions of the Penza region will join the all-Russian Night of Arts campaign that will take place on Monday, November 3.

An event titled “Participate and change!” will take place in the Lermontov regional library at 19.00. It will feature numerous music, dance and drawing lessons, as well as intellectual competitions, sketch plays, art exhibitions and a film show.

The Penza Regional Philarmonic Hall will begin its Night of Arts agenda at 20.30. The events will start off with a jazz band performance led by Yuri Belonogov in the greater hall, and will continue with an organ music concert with Alexander Novoselov at 22.00. After the concert, each visitor will get a chance to be photographed at the organ dressed as Johann Sebastian Bach.

The Night of Arts events will also take place at the “Tarkhany” State Museum-Reserve. At 20.00, a one-exhibit show will open its doors in the administration building, and a theater play titled “The glamour of the days long gone” will be shown at 21.00.
