Penza, 8 December 2014. PenzaNews. Young pianist Dmitry Grigoriev, student of Penza children’s music school No. 1, won the All-Russian contest “Young talents.”

“This competition is annually held in the country among the students of children's art schools and students of secondary and higher educational institutions of culture and art aged 12 to 25,” the Penza department of culture told PenzaNews agency.

The ministry noted that the event was supported at the federal level under the program “Culture of Russia.”
