Penza literary museum developed tours for vision-impaired visitors

Penza, 8 January 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza literary museum has developed a program series “Russian cultural traditions at your fingertips” for vision-impaired visitors.

As the press service of the regional department of culture and archive told PenzaNews agency, the project was tasted by members of the All-Russian Society for the Blind who visited the institution on Tuesday, January 6.

“They have prepared a traditional Russian kasha, tried on the elements of a native Russian girl attire, and learned a lot about a pechka, the most important part of a Russian household,” they explained.

According to the department, the project will also be promoted for vision-impaired visitors of the city.
