Penza, 3 November 2015. PenzaNews. The construction of a new mosque in the center of Issa village in the Penza region continues. Its fast-paced construction is fully funded by donations by local Muslims.

Soon, the construction workers will install the roof, lay heating pipes and decorate the interior of the building, Nuri Muratov, chairman of the Issa Area Muslim Organization, told PenzaNews agency.

“The mosque will feature a classroom where will teach Muslim children the basics of Islam,” he said.

According to him, the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov provided generous help in the construction of the Issa mosque.

“We plan to hold the first namaz here in early 2016,” Nuri Muratov noted.
