Penza to hold festival dedicated to Vladimir Vysotsky on January 25

Penza, 9 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza regional Philharmonic Hall will hold a festival concert dedicated to the work of the poet and actor Vladimir Vysotsky on Monday, January 25. The event will take place on the main scene.

The roster of performers at the concert features such music bands as “Mystereo,” “Krasavchiks Band,” “Nocomments,” “Bezopasnoye Leto” and “Sluchayniye Lyudi,” the ensemble “Stargorod,” and the Municipal Brass Orchestra led by the Distinguished Worker of Arts of Russia Anatoly Naberezhny.
The songs by Vladimir Vysotsky will be performed by the famous personalities of Penza, such as journalist Vladimir Verzhbovsky; singer-songwriters Andrei Shirshikov, Dmitry Bukin, Mikhail Tikhonov, Vladimir Medvedev and Oleg Khabarov; poets Mikhail Rudakov and Alexander Chistyakov; singers Anatoly Nikolaev and Ekaterina Borodina; musician Sergei Strukov; head of the city’s Culture Department Vera Feigina; and actor of the regional Lunacharsky Drama Theater Pavel Tkachkov.
In addition, the list of performers features the bands of the Svetlana Oreshkina Youth Theater and the arts studio “Voice of the Poet.”
