Penza, 4 May 2016. PenzaNews. The Faculty of History, Languages and Literature at the Penza State University will hold the 17th international French songs festival on Friday, May 13.

Reportedly, it will bring together students of Penza city and region schools, as well as students and graduates of regional universities.

The event will be directed by Pierre Michel Werber, composer, arranger and producer from France.

The festival is scheduled to begin at 13.00, says the website of the PSU Faculty of History, Languages and Literature.
