Penza, 19 October 2016. PenzaNews. Joint concert of “Express-Band” pop-jazz ensemble directed by Yuri Belonogov and the American singer Tavis Minner will be held in the Penza Regional Philarmonic Hall on the coming Thursday, October 20.

As the cultural institution “Penzaconcent” told PenzaNews, it will be the first performance of the Americal singer in the regional center.

It is planned that Tavis Minner will sing famous jazz compositions, as well as present his songs to the audience.

“Express-Band” has been working on the program since the end of July, and the first rehearsal with Tavis Minner is expected to take place before the concert on the day of his arrival.
