Penza, 13 February 2017. PenzaNews. Opening of the exhibition dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the Penza Lermontov library and Savitsky picture gallery formation will be held on Wednesday, February 15.

The ceremony will start at 15.00 and will take place in the library, where the exposition will be located.

The exhibition organized within the project "Picture in Gallery" will let people get acquainted with the main historical landmarks of the two culture institutions.

The exposition that will be presented to the public includes 13 posters and one original painting – a portrait of the first library board member, the merchant, the publisher, and the sponsor Viktor Umnov made by the artist Nikolai Grandkovsky.
