Penza, 20 June 2017. PenzaNews. The leading experts from across the country will take part in the annual round-table event "Methodical Service of Regional Libraries in Modern Times", which will be held at the premises of the Lermontov Penza regional library on June 30 and July 1.

Within the framework of the meeting, it is planned to hold the event "Library 3.0: in cooperation with the user", in which experts under the age of 35 are invited to take part.

Marina Zakharenko, deputy director on academic and methodological work of the Russian State Library for Young Adults, chairman of the youth section of the Russian Library Association, will become moderator of the project site.

The event will feature consideration of the role of young experts in innovative development of the library-information sphere as well as ways to attract readers.

Within the framework of the meeting, it is planned to conduct a workshop of director of STRBC “Penza”, head of TV news programs department Vitaly Shilnov "Library TV: journalist's view".

It is also planned that the research assistant of the Association of State Literary and Memorial Museums of the Penza region Tatyana Kaymanova will hold a lecture on the topic "Library as a segment of event tourism: trends and prospects of development," the website of the regional library informs.
