Penza, 24 July 2017. PenzaNews. Jazz fans were given the opportunity to buy a pass to four jazz concerts that will be held in the Penza Regional Philharmonic Hall in the 2017-2018 season.

As reported on the website of the cultural institution, “Jazz season” ticket No. 3 is now for sale due to numerous requests of the spectators.

The advertisement says that the first concert is scheduled for September 28. The audience is to see a performance of Mal Waldron from the USA accompanied by the “Express-Band” pop-jazz ensemble directed by Yuri Belonogov.

On December 3, there will be a solo concert of the “Express- Band” named “Cruise of 10 years long.”

Two more concerts within the season ticket are scheduled for the next year. On March 18, the viewers will hear Cleve Jones from the USA accompanied by the ensemble directed by Yuri Belonogov, and on June 3, Penza musicians will present their solo concert.

At the “Penzakontsert” cashier’s office it was said that a season ticket worth 1,200 rubles has several benefits. It is cheaper to see the performances of favourite artists than to buy tickets separately. Along with this, the audience is offered seats in the stall section.

In addition to jazz season tickets, the Philharmonic offers several other season tickets – “Star organ,” “Golden Hits,” “Music Saloon,” “Children’s”, “Evenings of symphonic music.”
