Penza, 27 September 2017. PenzaNews. The first in the world museum of railway stations of the 19th century is planned to be established in the Penza region. This was reported by the deputy chairman of the regional government Oleg Yagov.

"At the moment the project of the first in the world museum of railway stations of the 19th century is under development," he said at the meeting of the coordination council in tourism affairs under the regional government on Wednesday, September 27.

According to him, the work in this area is conducted together with the LLC Russian Railways.

"They are ready to invest first 20 million roubles needed for creation of such a museum," the deputy chairman of the regional government added.
