Penza, 14 January 2018. PenzaNews. Masters of the Volga region will demonstrate their skills during the first Penza symposium of ceramists, which will be held from 26 to 30 of January.

The inclusive pottery studio "Kaplya Solntsa" is an organizer of the event. Support is also provided by the Penza regional specialized fund "Capital of the Local Community" and the Culture Department of the city.

The programme of the event includes competitions for clay modelling and work with a potter's wheel.

In addition, an exhibition and fair will be operating throughout the symposium, where Penza residents will be able to appreciate ceramic products and buy handmade gifts.

The guests will have a chance to visit workshops on ceramic and to go on a guided tour.

As reported in the community of "Kaplya Solntsa" on the social network VKontakte, the admission to the event will be free and all the money earned at the fair and workshops will be used for the development of the inclusive pottery studio.
