"There must be a lot of events in the city – bright, original events with a special Penza flavour. I want other people in Russia to learn about Penza," he said at the meeting held in the city administration on Saturday, August 18.

According to Victor Kuvaytsev, this would increase the awareness of the city and its investment attractiveness, the city hall informs.
