Penza, 10 March 2019. PenzaNews. The application process for publishing books of Penza authors at the expense of the regional budget will last until March 25.

It is organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Penza region.

According to the website of the ministry, the application should include a brief creative biography of the author, a list of the most significant publications, contact information, an abstract and an approximate cost of publishing 1,000 copies of books.
In addition, it is required to attach the original layout in electronic form and a review from a member of the Union of Writers of Russia.

The application will be considered by the expert council. Its decision will underlie a list of books of Penza writers, recommended for publication in the current year.
